Welcome to http://www.pcnsl.info A place where you can find real, accurate, and up to date information. created by survivor who has fought this beast four times in the last ten years.

If you were headed to pcnsl.org or pcnsl.net I also own those domains and until somebody comes up with a better source of useful information I will retain ownership. .org and.net automatically forward traffic to .info this gives this web site a substantial presence on the search engines so it can easily be found by the people who need it the most.

The Newly Diagnosed Central Nervous system Lymphoma patient!

This site has a deliberately gray theme to it to signify that we're dealing with issues with our our own brains "Gray Matter" but also signify that there are very few Black & White issues concerning your journey through the maze of PCNSL information and treatment

I am Barry Gates your host at pcnsl.info. I am a 50+ Caucasian male who has been fighting Primary Central Nervous System lymphoma since September 29th 2002. I have been treated at five different facilities; I have been treated with chemo therapy, radiation therapy, biological therapy and an autologous stem cell transplant. I have lost vision in my right eye and my employment due to PCNSL. I have been receiving Social Security disability payments since 2008 and have been on Medicare since 2010.

Fighting for your life with a cancer that has invaded your life and threatens your mind and your soul is not just a fight It is a journey that requires strength, belief, and attitude, I hope to be able to prepare you for your own PCNSL journey.
